Private-pay caregivers
Solo in-home caregivers who drive between clients' homes and keep the day on a phone instead of a paper calendar. Care level, routines, and visit notes live with the schedule.
Private-pay in-home care
CareShift is for a solo caregiver who is paid privately and spends the day in other people's homes. Keep the visits, the gap between them, and a link so family can see only what you share.

This version is built for one caregiver and the families they keep in the loop. Traveling therapists are noted here so the plan is visible. They cannot sign up yet.
Solo in-home caregivers who drive between clients' homes and keep the day on a phone instead of a paper calendar. Care level, routines, and visit notes live with the schedule.
A spouse, adult child, or other family member who should see the next visit, the routine you assigned, and only the notes you choose to share. They use a link, not an account.
Occupational, physical, and speech-language therapists are not in this first release. Join the waitlist and choose therapist if you want a note when that opens.
Week and month views, edits, cancellations, and recurring visits that land on the calendar. Overlaps are called out before you save.
CareShift estimates the drive from one home to the next and warns you when the gap is shorter than the trip. Routing uses OpenRouteService or OSRM. A maps key is optional.
Every family link expires, and you can revoke it sooner. Families see upcoming visits, the care routine, and notes you mark as shared. Nothing else.
A scheduled job sends a short note: you have an upcoming visit, and a link to sign in. The message does not include health details. Email uses Resend and SMS uses Twilio when those keys are set.
